Return Policy
All E-Juice sales are final due to safety restrictions once the product has left our facility. If we make an error when fulfilling your order, or your shipment has been damaged in transit, please notify Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the package to initiate a claim. After 90 days from receipt no returns or replacements will be provided under any circumstances. Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Lucky Vape product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Lucky Vape reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lucky Vape reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Lucky Vape shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Right to Refuse Service
Lucky Vape reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason, with or without notice, with or without cause at any time.
